When I was a little girl I had eating disorder (if you’re following my stories and recipes, you already knew that). Doctors never figured out why I had no appetite and the only time my mom could improve my desire to eat was when she served my meals looking all pretty. At least it would get me excited enough to try. Now my waist wishes I’d get the same aversion to food, but it doesn’t look promising.
I still like my food looking fancy even if it is just a simple dish.
There really is no recipe for this breakfast trio. Cut the peppers into rings (any color will do), remove the seeds and place into a hot, greased skillet. Cook 2 minutes on one side, flip and crack open an egg into each pepper ring. Season with salt and pepper and cook until desired doneness. Fancy, right?
