What a genius idea for breakfast! Make ahead, no cook, easy and healthy. I say YES!
My favorite is Mango Almond Oatmeal, but I also like Blueberry Maple. I had strawberries on hand and used them to substitute raspberries for the Raspberry Vanilla Oatmeal. I mean as far as fruit goes, use what you prefer. Monica did an excellent job in presenting the recipe. See for yourself here.
