Cooking for dummies. This is yummy, super simple and easy to prepare with only few ingredients. I admit, maybe not the best balanced meal I ever made, however I used organic broccoli to make up for it. I know, I know… I’m in denial.
1 pound Pork Sausage
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 bunch Broccoli florets
1 box Macaroni & Cheese
2 cups shredded cheese (any kind)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. You don’t need any oil as sausage has plenty. Meanwhile cook macaroni and cheese according to the package directions. Cook broccoli for 10 minutes until al dente. Add finished macaroni and broccoli to the skillet with sausage. Mix to combine and transfer into a casserole dish. Spread undiluted soup over casserole. Top with cheese. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 10 minutes longer. Let sit 10-15 minutes before serving.
