Cake Batter Shots

I have to say I like my cake in a liquid form. I saw these festive looking glasses all over the internet and of course made it for our family’s Christmas party. I thought it would make a special after-dinner cocktail for the ladies, but you should have seen the disappointed looks I got from the guys. Luckily, there was enough to share and make our men happy. They didn’t even care that they looked a bit less mannish.

1 part Cake flavored Vodka (1 cup goes a looong way)
1 part Spiced Rum
½ part Crème de Cacao
1 part Half & Half
Dash of Cinnamon Schnapps (optional)
White Frosting and Sprinkles for garnish

Combine ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate. To decorate the rims of glasses, dip edge lightly into frosting, then into sprinkles. You just need enough frosting to get the sprinkles adhere, not to get a big lump on the rim. When ready, pour cocktail into glasses and serve. Cheers!
