Funny weather. I mean, how long is this “global warming” going to last? I’m not made for below zero temperatures. I don’t like wind either. It chills the air to -35 F. Polar vortex needs to disappear – pronto! I haven’t seen this little guy since he mooned me a month ago. I know he’s still alive, he left me a sign:

Bird news. My bird feeder’s been untouched for a while now. Where are the birds hiding? Bird sanctuary I hope. Somewhere warm. Why did they stay here? I want to migrate to a warm place over winters, but my husband doesn’t. Funny bird, my husband.

I don’t like the wind. I know I said that. I really, really don’t like the wind. I only like it on flags. Flags need wind. This flag I found on the rooftop of Menards, while waiting in a car for my husband. He was snow shopping. The only thing visible in the white out was this flag. I want husband to return all the snow we have now. He bought too much.

To break my cabin fever I spent 2 minutes outside trying to play with Baylie. She wouldn’t have it.

Off she went. Retired indoors.

Snow days are not fun and I want spring stat!

My backyard bench is lonely.

Look, it was much happier last summer.

My maple tree is weeping for it is extinguished.

I miss its fire.

Back to the snow. πŸ™
