PHOTO FRIDAY 34 – Instagram Photos

burning heart in the sky

I would be grateful if you shared this post โค

Today I am sharing with you some of my Instagram photos. As a blogger, I try to be equally present on most major social media platforms and let me tell you: it ain’t easy. Unless you make it your business and you do nothing else but that, there’s just not enough hours in a day to be everywhere. Now, I’m not saying it is easy for those who run their blog as a business. Blogging is hard work, whether you make money with it or not. It’s just a bit easier when you get compensated and you can afford a VA (virtual assistant) to help you out. So, as long as I am passionate about what I do I will be blogging and maybe one day money will come…I wish.

What I love about Instagram is the convenience of instantly sharing photos. The photos you snap with your cellphone on the go. No blog-worthy, post processed photos posted on my part. Maybe some with an occasional filter, just for fun. I do share photos of my recipes too but they are not hash-tagged #mobilephotography or #instaphoto.

Although I’m on Instagram often, my social media platform of preference is FacebookIt’s great because I can schedule posts ahead of time, for when I’m too busy. But the best part is that all my family and friends are always on Facebook and it is so easy to keep in touch. You will find me there the most. Unless you’re tired of my posts and you hide me ๐Ÿ™

Twitter is growing on me, especially since I can share my photos directly from Instagram with just one click. You can also schedule posts ahead of time, which I haven’t been doing lately. Same with Pinterest. I was crazy about Pinterest at some point. I admit that I don’t manage that account as I should. Then there’s Google+, my least favorite. Why do I need all those accounts, you might ask. If you’re a blogger, a photographer, an artist, a DIY-er, an author, a musician, etc., you know why. You get inspired, you get connected, and you get noticed. That’s why.

And for those who have noticed me I want to say this: a warm hug and a big thank you for following along on All that’s Jas. It means the world. Without you there wouldn’t be All that’s Jas. I love when you leave comments or questions. To my silent followers, those shy ones, I appreciate you too! Thank you!!!

underneat a bridge - All that's Jas

Two parallels that will eventually meet

saimese trees - All that's Jas

Never let others prevent you from reaching your potential. You’re not a tree.

the bush with a face in a field - All that's Jas

Tell me you see it too. Look to the right and middle of the photo. Let me know what you see in the comments!

my and my granddaughter's cars - All that's Jas

Grandma’s and Ava’s ride. In that order, lol.

chinchilla's foot - All that's Jas

Whose foot is this? Let me know what you think in the comments!

fall quotes wood craft - All that's Jas

Crafty side of Jas. Re-purposed pallet wood. It’s two sided. Come back later to see what’s on the other side. I made that pumpkin too!

Thanksgiving wooden sign - All that's Jas

While I was crafting with pallet wood, I made this dining room sign. Do you like it?

the plants on my balcony - All that's Jas

Cascading plants on my balcony. There are nine 3-foot planters. A touch of Europe is a must.

my husband's fire-righter uniform hanging out - All that's Jas

I opened our garage door and found half my husband just hanging there, lol. It did scare me, though!

sunrise looking like an egg yolk - All that's Jas

Sunny side down, seen from my balcony.

my messy kitchen while cooking - All that's Jas

This is what my kitchen looks like when I cook. I need a kitchen-cleaner-helper!

heart shaped cloud - All that's Jas

The heart of heaven or hell? I love the heart cloud and the ones that look like flames. A color filter has been applied for the effect.

If you liked these photos and would like to see more of my crazy life, check back later, or follow me on Instagram!

What is your favorite camera? Besides my cellphone, I own a small Canon Power Shot with 50 x Opt Zoom that I keep in my car for those unexpected Kodak moments when my cell phone is not sufficient. I also have a Canon EOS Rebel with interchangeable lens for my food photography. I’d love to update that one eventually but it’s been serving me well. If you’re looking to buy a camera (Christmas is coming!), I would highly recommend Canon (not an affiliate). Amazon offers them in kits, giving you more for your money. Just click on the pictures below to see the specs and if you do buy through my links, I will get a small commission with no extra cost for you. Happy shopping and shooting ๐Ÿ™‚

It looks like the greenery (trees/bushes) are cut in the shape of a face. As always, beautiful pictures.

Yes, BINGO! I drove by and couldn’t believe it. Then I had to turn around and get a photo to see if anybody else could see it. It also has a body like a sphinx ๐Ÿ™‚

I know it’s a tough one, lol. My coworker brought her chinchilla to the office one day. Don’t you just love those little feet? ๐Ÿ˜€

Only mobile phone camera because it’s so convenient! Except on FB, I stalk you on everything else. Wait till I get your home address! I’ll sit out your front lawn to be fed.

It’s crazy to manage multiple platforms. I’m with you on that!!

Love your daily clicks. Love the one of the heavens opening up. Seriously there is not enough hours in the day to be everywhere. Social media management is and can be a full time job in itself.
