Finger Lickin’ Good Pork Ribs

There are so many ways to make ribs, but I found my favorite when I tried this recipe for Honey Glazed Pork Ribs the other day. There is something about eating with your hands that I find comforting. To me, ribs only taste good if eaten with my hands. This honey glaze, unlike BBQ sauce, doesn’t stick to your face and makes the eating experience even more enjoyable. Can’t beat that! Oh, and get this – no need to marinade the meat overnight or for hours! Rub it and bake it, that’s what I’m talking about.

1 rack of Pork Ribs

1 tablespoon yellow Mustard
2 teaspoons Honey
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 cloves of Garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except ribs.

Add the ribs and rub the glaze all over them thoroughly. Place the ribs in a large roaster and pour with remaining glaze. Tent a piece of aluminum foil over them. Place the ribs in the oven, basting with the drippings from the pan every 20 minutes, removing the foil for the last 20 minutes and cooking until fork tender for about 1 ½ to 2 hours.
Absolutely delicious!
