Chilled Spiced Apple Beer Punch Recipe

Insanely delicious chilled spiced apple beer punch is perfect all year round. Spice up your fall holiday table or impress guests at your summer gathering.

  • 3 small or 2 large apples cored and sliced (I used Honeycrisp, my favorite)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 2 cans or bottles of light beer
  • 1 lemon washed and sliced


  • In a medium-size saucepan add sliced apples, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Lower the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Let cool completely. Stir in beer and lemon slices.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled.


~ Free Tip~
If you prefer, peel the apples. Infused with alcohol, they are a delicious treat on their own. Serve the punch in a punch bowl. Double or triple the recipe for a larger crowd.
